Via the website:

• Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Go to the "Meets & Events" tab.
• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab 
• Click "Edit" under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names (Attending this meet/Not attending this meeet).
• Add any notes to the Head Coach. This can be requested events, availability for relays, or any other note. 
• Click Save to record your choices.

Via the app:

• Open the app.
• Scroll down to the meet and select it.
• Click "MEET SIGNUP."
• Click "Edit" under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names (Attending this meet/Not attending this meeet).
• Add any notes to the Head Coach. This can be requested events, availability for relays, or any other note.
• Click Save to record your choices.

If an athlete is undeclared, they will be assumed as "Not Attending" and will not be entered into the meet. You MUST declare your athlete as "Attending" by the deadline in order for them to swim in the meet!
